Tasting notes
A lightly hazy, straw-yellow apple cider with a fine, soft sparkle. On the nose, fresh apple and blossom take the lead, joined by ripe banana, blueberry and a strikingly refreshing touch of eucalyptus.
On the palate it is dry and supple, with mild acidity, soft tannins and a light to medium body. Fresh apple and blueberry return, underpinned by mineral nuances and a subtle eucalyptus-like freshness. The finish is refined and balanced, with enough layering to keep you engaged.
