Tasting notes
A lightly hazy, straw-yellow perry with a fine, soft sparkle. On the nose, fresh aromas of lemon, quince and ripe pear come forward, joined by apricot, mango and a subtle grassy accent.
On the palate it is dry and lively, with a pronounced yet balanced acidity and a supple, light body. Juicy touches of apricot, nectarine and plum are followed by nuances of blackcurrant and a delicate floral note of rose. The low tannins and lingering, fruity finish make for an elegant, refined perry with a layered character.
